Xerox 6204

The print quality is so good we use finer hatching and shading that would have been inpossible on any other machine. Westec arranged to delivery, removed to old printer and trained all the staff here that needed to use it. They came back four times to make sure we all were happy. Top Marks.

Architect: Xerox 6204

The Xerox 6204 is a huge improvement over the Xerox 8825. It is easier to maintain, and operation is whisper quiet. As we print mainly plans with bitmap hatching the quality is very impressive and allows us much more flexibility in presentation of working plans than we have had to date.

Installation was very fast and done with the minimum of fuss even though getting the equipment into our office was not straight forward.

The follow up by Ian Court has allowed all office users to maximise the full potential of the machine meaning that all staff are able to print, scan and copy without further help.

We would recommend Westec to other architects as they have proved to be reliable and supportive in our needs. We are able to do volume high quality printing not only cheaper than using a copy bureau but also without the hassle of waiting for deliveries and with much more flexibility.

Hotel: HP DesignJet 130NR

Mr R: "The HP DesignJet 130NR supplied by Westec has been exemplary. The unit's performance is ideally suited for the purpose for which it was supplied. It is probably the most economical 24" wide printer available on the market today. It has superb colour rendition right out of the box and we have used it to reproduce high quality photographs which have been framed and are now displayed in the hotel bar. The main use of the printer has been high quality posters and promotional notices for the hotel notice boards approximately 22" x 32" and their appearance on coated paper is Very good. On photographic paper it is outstanding. The printer is fast, considering its size, easy to use with its built in feeder and cutter, versatile - multiple paper paths and economical to operate."
