Installation

Installation of equipment is performed by qualified Xerox engineers, who benefit from up-to-date releases of software and firmware changes.

In addition to installing the machine, the engineers will also install feature keys such as Scan-to-Net, Postscript licenses, colour licenses etc. Xerox engineers also have access to an unparalleled Xerox website called EUREKA, which allows them to pool and share information on good-practice and fault remedies.
